The decoration was over the top, chintzy elegant, and truly reflected the traditional side of Provence. the staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. the room was wonderful with a spacious terrace to relax and a private gate leading to the pool area. the breakfast was served on a terrace decorated with flowers and offered a wide variety of delicious options. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.

The pool was in serious need of renovation, with loose tiles and a rough appearance. the spa experience was unremarkable, possibly due to the language barrier with the masseuse who didn't speak English.

The hotel's location in the outskirts of this city is perfect, offering a lovely quiet garden and a short, delightful walk to the center. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impeccable, with fresh flowers everywhere adding to the wonderful atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel like home away from home. The breakfast served in the beautifully decorated dining area is simply amazing, with a great selection of high-quality products from local farmers.

Our room, with its beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, was simply stunning. The poolside staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and at home. The daily delivery of the English NY Times was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. The little gestures, like providing an American adapter and responding quickly to our requests, showed their impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellent service. Along with the indoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium, the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers and terrace. the glamorous restaurant and bar area is a highlight, offering fine dining and special diet menus.

Although the service is excellent, there is 1 minor issue to be aware of. the leisure/TV room lacks the same level of luxury as the rest of the hotel.
